Hythe's position makes it a good vantage point for viewing ocean liners arriving and departing at the port of Southampton, which attracts ship-watchers to the area. Our fresh and locally sourced breakfasts are something that our guests look forward to and we offer any combination of the New Forest Breakfast with meat supplied by Sargents Butchers, homemade jam using Goodall’s Strawberries, honey from Ashlett Creek Produce and free range eggs purchased from New Forest Bacon at the weekly Hythe Farmers Market. Our marmalade is homemade and our apple juice is obtained from Hill Farm Apple Juice. Other beverages include New Forest Spring Water, coffee from Winchester Coffee Roasters in Kings Worthy and Dorset Tea which accompany our breakfast.
