Breakfast At The Maples
Breakfast is served in our light & airy dining room, with a wide choice of breakfast options. We can also accommodate vegetarian guests, guest with food allergies and also guests with dietary preferences. (please let us know prior to your stay).
Breakfast is available weekdays from 7.00am to 9.00am and weekends 8.00am - 9.30am.
Please let us know prior to your stay, if you have any specific dietary requirements.
All food is freshly cooked by Elizabeth and served by Martin.

Fruit, juices, yoghurt, a choice of cereals, the Maples granola and Hampshire honey. homemade jam and marmalade.
The Maples full cooked breakfast:
Bacon, sausage, black pudding, egg, tomato (fresh or tinned), mushrooms, baked beans (any variation or everything)
Herby mushrooms with poached egg: V
Mushrooms cooked with herbs in butter and olive oil on sour dough toast with poached egg.
Cheese, mushroom, ham, peppers
Boiled egg with buttered soldiers: V
We are proud to work with many suppliers, most of whom are within 20 miles of Hythe. Our breakfast ingredients are all hand-picked and delivered daily, to ensure the highest standards of freshness, quality and consistency.
